What is goals?
Goals are things that we want to archieve, we aim for as we pursue a certain course of action. You need to set your own goals to archive to keep you focused on were you want to end up.
What is goal setting?
Goals setting is a process for thinking about your ideal future and for motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality.
The process of goal setting will help you where you want to go in life.
Properly set goals can be incredibly motivating and as you get into the habit of setting and achieving goals,you will find yourself confidence built fast.
Characteristics of Goal (S.M.A.R.T)

✨SPECIFIC GOALS - Your goal must be clear and well definied.Make it as easy as you can get where you want to go by defining precisely where you want to end up.You need goals to show you the way.
✨MEASURABLE GOALS - Your goals can measure your degree of success include precise amounts,dates and so on.Without a way to measure your success,you will miss out on the celebration that comes without knowing you have actually achieved something.
✨ATTAINABLE GOALS - If you set a goal that you have no hope of achieving, you will only demoralise yourself and erode your confidence.So,make sure it’s possible to achieve the goals you set.
✨RELEVANT GOALS - Goals should be relevant to the direction you want your life and career to take.By keeping goals aligned and inconsistent goals,and you will fritter your time and your life away.
✨TIME-BOUND GOALS - Your goals must have a deadline.This means that you know when you can celebrate success.When you are working on a deadline,your sense of urgency increases and achievement will come that much quicker.

My Goal
So here is my academic study goal. Since i am in college life right now I think I need to set my study goals. Yeah when we are in high school we also had a goal but we just talk and dream about it. we didn't plan it well.

But yeah I also have my own obstacle to achieve my goal.
My Obstacle :
lazy
can’t manage my time well
lack of doing exercise
irregular sleep time
could not find a good environment to study, since we odl
easily lose concentration & etc
THAT'S ALL FOR THIS SECOND WEEK. DONT FORGET TO LIST AND
